I would like to know if I can dig perrenials from my yard in Indiana and mail them to Boulder,Co. I want to help landscape my son’s new home. Can I dig Black eyed susan’s, Hostas, Lilies, Cone flowers etc, and mail them UPS? thank you, Gretchen
