When I garden, I like to be comfortable, and there is nothing like a nice pair of jeans and comfortable shirt for anything I like to do outside. [No, that’s not me to the picture to left…maybe 30 years ago, but not now :-)]
It’s also horse-country where we live, we have a few stables near us, and private horse owners who enjoy either dressing very casually, or for shows, in western jeans, boots and western shirts. I found all three at a site called cavenders.com, and being a horse-lover, thought the image on the home page was beautiful! Stop by and take a look.
I know this sounds eccentric, but I very often wear my jogging gear. It’s stretchy, washes well, dries quickly if you get wet. It does look a bit odd with wellingtons (especially lime-green Hunters), but what the hell.
