This coming weekend is the 8th Annual Spring Home and Garden Show in Houston, Texas on March 27 and 28 at The Woodlands from 9 am – 7 pm on Saturday and 10 am to 6 pm on Sunday. It all takes place at the Waterway Marriott Hotel and Convention Center on Lake Robbins Drive…Google search more information about this if you’re in the area or planning to travel that way.
AND what would Texas be without the Houston Rodeo and Livestock Show, known for it’s great rodeo action as well as great concerts by well known artists in the evening. I am a New Jersey resident, and will have to just dream of what it would be like to attend this event until our travels bring us down that way, the only rodeo’s I’ve attended have been in Colorado, and it was great fun! We took our children when they were younger and enjoyed every minute. I was looking at a site that has Houston Rodeo concert tickets and lots of information about the great seating available, and information about the area so you can plan other things to do if you are traveling from out of State. Ticket prices are good, and certain tickets include food and beverages.
I’m sure that like us up here in the Northeast, even Texas is looking forward to better weather, as I’ve heard about snow down that way this winter…take advantage of a couple of great things to do when you’re in the Houston area.
