About Me




I’m a wife to a wonderful husband, 30 years this year (2009) and mother to two adult children, a son and married daughter.  Oh, and our dog, Aspen, she’s a member of the family, in fact, the little yorkie thinks she runs the place :-)

Hubby and I make our home in a small lake front log home in Northern New Jersey.

For most of my children’s “growing up” years, I was a stay at home, work at home Mom, Herbalist, and Certified Nutritionist.  Recently I have found another outlet for my love for natural things, gardens, plants, herbs, the outdoors, health, nutrition and a multitude of other interests, blogging and maintaining my website.

My main website is happynutritionist.com, and I make a bit of income when people shop through my wholesale buyers club at Wholefood Farmacy and my NSP online store.

    I am one of the ten people going on a Haiti Mission Team, Trip in two weeks to Mizak, Haiti! A mountain region village and they have requested we bring school supplies for the children and vegie or flower seeds for them to plant, in return they sell to make money to feed their families! I was curious if you would be willing to donate some seeds, for me to bring along on this venture. I have used/bought and love your seeds and know they are good quality and will grow well there.
